At British Swim School, we offer an engaging swim instructor role, focusing on teaching children and adults, starting as young as 3 months old. This position requires enthusiasm, strong communication with parents, and the ability to adapt to various schedules, including evenings and weekends. You’ll provide swim lessons following our fun, progressive aquatics program while ensuring safety and building skills throughout every class.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct swim lessons according to British Swim School standards
• Support the Aquatics Manager with daily operations
• Maintain required certifications and complete training
• Adapt to a flexible schedule as needed
• Interact positively with swimmers and families
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Enthusiastic personality and comfort in water
• Willingness to complete Aquatics-specific training
• Strong swimming skills are a plus, but teachable
• Experience with children preferred, but not required
