Swim Lesson Instructor / Lifeguard

Do you enjoy working with kids, building confidence in the water, and creating a fun, safe environment? We are looking for energetic and dependable Swim Lesson Instructors / Lifeguards to join our team. This position combines swim instruction with lifeguarding responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, and making a positive impact.
Responsibilities:
- Teach swim lessons to children and adults of various skill levels
- Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Ensure participant safety while actively lifeguarding assigned areas
- Follow lesson plans and adapt instruction based on swimmer’s needs
- Communicate professionally with parents and team members
- Set up and maintain equipment and pool areas
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification preferred
- Previous swim lesson instruction, coaching, or aquatic experience preferred
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available
- Weekday evening and weekend shifts available
