Swim Instructor Jobs in Glen Cove at Lifeguard LI
This position is responsible for assisting in the overall education and organization of our Swim Lessons Program. The main focus for our instructors is to educate new swimmers on how to be water safe and develop the necessary skills to excel in the water while having fun!
Position Responsibilities:
- Good leadership
- Have a strong and self-motivated work ethic are critical to succeed in this role
- The ability to work well with people
- The ability to teach, motivate, instill loyalty and trust, and to insure a positive working environment
- It is also necessary to be able to effectively enforce policies and procedures

Pay range: Starting at $25-$30 per hour, DOE
Reports to: Director of Swim Lessons
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
