Endless Sun Surf School has been teaching people to surf at the Newport Pier since 1963 and has been voted Orange County’s #1 Surf Camp for the past 6 consecutive years (Parenting OC Magazine).
We are a professional, high-energy, and team-oriented surf school focused on safety, quality instruction, and creating an unforgettable experience for every student.

We are hiring:
- Year-Round Private Lesson Instructors only, at this time. We’ve filled our Summer Camp positions. And we are only interested in hiring top level, responsible private lesson instructors to work with us, on call, year round (not just summer).
We teach:
- Kids & adults (beginner through advanced)
- Private lessons (year-round, flexible schedule)
- After-school and seasonal programs (set schedule)
Summer Hours: 7am through 1pm, Daily.
After Summer Hours: Sunrise to Sunset, Daily.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ year surfing experience (much more preferred)
- Strong ocean safety knowledge
- Physically fit and comfortable in the water for extended periods
- Reliable, professional, and accountable
- Comfortable working with kids and adults
- Strong communication and positive attitude
( 18+ for private lessons)

We’re looking for instructors who:
- Show up on time and follow through
- Take pride in their work and their students’ experience
- Are team players and communicate well
- Want to grow with a respected, long-standing surf school
Schedule Notes:
- Private lessons are on-call, 8am to 1pm in Summer and sunrise to sunset the rest of the year (you set your availability)
- Camps and classes follow a structured schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
