HOURLY RATE

$21.43

PART-TIME HOURS

  • Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
  • Shifts anywhere from 9:15am to 8:00pm; weekend work required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Supervisor, Beach champions our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences while uniting their team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to oversee the Beach Attendants who assist the guest with beach rentals and setting up the beach area to ensure the beach runs smoothly for the benefit of both the guests and staff.

  • Welcomes all beach visitors, Interacting with guests, sharing accurate information about the resort’s offerings, activities, and ensuring they sign-in.
  • Facilitates sales and rental of beach equipment and providing towel services.
  • Ensures all equipment and liability forms are properly completed.
  • Responding to guest questions, requests, and concerns with warm, attentive, can‑do energy – making every visitor feel like a VIP
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure shared sense of purpose and fun
  • Gently enforce beach rules (no smoking, drinking, chair reserving, etc.) so everyone can enjoy a safe and stress‑free environment
  • Ensures resources are available and in good working order and that training and communication are delivered.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • First Aid with CPR, First Aid, and AED an asset
  • Must be able to swim confidently
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Valid Driver’s license an asset
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors
  • Availability on weekdays and weekends
  • Must be able to attend mandatory training on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 from 12pm to 5pm
