Summary of Position
Supervisor of Sales & Marketing to lead sales and marketing execution to grow customers and maximize revenue across Fitness and Sport business through sales & marketing initiative both online and offline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly sales and marketing plans to drive traffic and revenue for Fitness and Sport business.
- New customer growth and customer retention programs.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, tournaments, and community/partnership that increase membership, sales.
- Coordinate with Operations to align pricing, service bundles, customer journey improvements.
- Track performance dashboards of revenue uplift for each revenue stream.
- Develop partnerships (schools, communities, corporates, sports clubs)
- Ensure consistent brand communication, social media content planning, posting, and performance tracking across channels and collaterals.
- Team performance and disciplinary management, Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Supervise daily activities of sales staff or customer service staff assigned to sales tasks.
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and utilization trends
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 3+ years in sales/marketing; supervisory experience preferred; exposure to lifestyle/fitness/hospitality is a plus.
- Team management, coaching, assigning, and delegating.
- Campaign planning, digital marketing, sales management, event activation and basic budgeting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and customer service capability.
- Analytical thinker with problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and think creatively.
- Willing to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.
