Job Summary and Qualifications

Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations throughout FANS. A primary focus to ensure timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria and compliance with HACCP/Sanitation Standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, employee performance evaluations, and direct employee supervision.

  What qualifications you will need:
• 
  High School Diploma Required
• 
  Minimum of two to three years’ experience in food services or hospitality Required
• 
  Knowledge of hospital and health care operations Preferred
• 
  Basic computer skills necessary. Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills desired.

Licensure, Certifications, Training: Credential: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.

Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire.
