Become a key player in creating memorable beach experiences at Blue Mountain. As the Beach Supervisor, you’ll lead a team that ensures exceptional guest interactions and fun, all in a stunning outdoor setting.
In this part-time role, you will supervise Beach Attendants and facilitate guest services related to beach rentals. Your leadership will foster a vibrant atmosphere while guiding your team to provide top-notch service. You will respond to guest inquiries, manage equipment sales, and ensure beach safety for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist beach visitors with inquiries
• Facilitate sales and rentals of beach equipment
• Enforce beach rules for a safe environment
• Coach and mentor team members on service
• Ensure all forms and equipment are in order
Requirements:
• First Aid with CPR certification is an asset
• Comfortable swimming and working outdoors
• Leadership experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s license is an asset
• Available for mandatory training and weekend shifts
