Position: Summer Ringette Camp Instructor at WinSport
Ignite young athletes’ passion for ringette as a Summer Camp Instructor s dynamic role involves coaching ages 5–11 while fostering confidence and teamwork.
As a full-summer instructor, you will deliver engaging on-ice and off-ice training while adapting to various skill levels.
Your role is vital in creating positive camp experiences, ensuring safety, and planning effective lesson structures. You’ll work collaboratively with your Lead Instructor to uphold Win Sport’s core values and manage daily camp operations with enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-ice drills and off-ice activities
• Build weekly lesson plans for skill progression
• Supervise groups of young athletes
• Communicate effectively with parents about progress
• Represent Win Sport professionally and enthusiastically
Requirements:
• Strong ringette background in coaching or playing
• Experience with youth in sports environments
• Current First Aid and CPR-C certification
• NCCP certifications considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
