We’re Hiring! Join the North Florida Gymnastics & Cheerleading Team!
North Florida Gymnastics and Cheerleading is growing, and we’re looking to expand our amazing team!
We are currently hiring Recreational Gymnastics Coaches.
Recreational Coaches Do you have a passion for gymnastics and working with kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience instructing gymnastics, a background in the sport, or a strong foundation in working with children through childcare or other youth-focused activities.
No experience with coaching gymnastics, but have a passion for working with kids! No problem! We can teach you the fundamentals of teaching gymnastics, if you have the energy and love of working with kids!’
We are requiring our recreational gymnastics and office staff to work Saturdays. Shifts are from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
CPR/ FIRST AID is recommended.
Typical Hours and Scheduling Information
Hours will typically range from 6 to 40 hours per week. Please note, this is not a guarantee of a specific number of hours each week.
Examples of scheduled shifts may include:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 1:30PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 6:30PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30PM & 3:45 PM – 8:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Schedules are created based on your availability and the position you are being hired for.
Summer Schedules are different each week based upon coaches availability provided.

Mandatory Background Clearance
- All applicants must successfully complete background screening in compliance with Department of Child and Family Facilities, state, and federal regulations.
- Screening requirements may include, but are not limited to, fingerprint-based checks, criminal history review, and child welfare registry verification.
- Failure to meet screening standards may disqualify candidates from employment.
