Overview
Loughborough University, Loughborough Sport. Salary £29,588 to £34,610 per annum. Subject to annual pay award and 7.5% flexibility allowance.
Location:
Loughborough, with some domestic and international travel as required.
Contract:
Permanent (Full time). Closing date: 26 July 2026. This is a full-time and open-ended role (subject to external funding) with a flexibility allowance of 7.5%.
The successful candidate will be embedded within the Performance Support Team of England Netball and will deliver strength and conditioning support to Roses Pathways athletes to help optimise development, enhance physical performance and contribute to international success within the England Netball programme.
The role will involve flexible working patterns, including evenings, weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver evidence-informed strength and conditioning programmes for Roses Pathways athletes, working collaboratively with coaches and the wider performance support team to maximise athlete availability, performance and long-term development.
- Support integration of strength and conditioning within per iodised plans and monitor athlete progress to inform coaching decisions.
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to optimise athlete development and international performance within the England Netball programme.
- Adapt schedules and working patterns to meet team needs, including evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
