About HardWorx Fitness:

HardWorx Fitness is a hybrid gym that combines boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and strength training in a high-energy, results-driven environment. Our coaches are passionate about helping members achieve their goals through expert guidance, motivation, and training.

We’re looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coach who is ready to bring energy, knowledge, and passion to every session.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead 1-on-1 personal training sessions and group fitness classes (boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, etc.).
  • Create and deliver customized strength and conditioning programs.
  • Educate clients on proper form, injury prevention, and fitness techniques.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and track progress.
  • Engage with members to foster a positive, community-focused atmosphere.
  • Promote PT sessions and assist with membership and training sales.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay:

  • $30 – $75 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and coaching level)
  • Group Classes: $20/hr (Advanced classes $30/hr)
  • Assessments: $10 for 30 minutes

Commission & Bonuses:

  • 10% commission on all sales (with $1,500 monthly qualifier)
  • Bonus: Extra 10% commission for $7,000+ in PT sales

Pay Schedule:

  • 1st–15th: Paid on the 20th of that month
  • 16th–end of month: Paid on the 5th of the following month

Coaching Levels & Rates:

  • Level 1: $30/hr PT (1 certification or amateur fighter)
  • Level 2: $50/hr PT (2 certifications or professional fighter)
  • Level 3: $75/hr PT (3 certifications or professional fighter with title)

Hours:

  • Flexible schedule – hours vary based on personal training sessions and classes.
  • Most new coaches average 10–15 hours/week to start, with opportunities to grow to 25+ hours/week as client demand increases.

Qualifications:

  • Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar).
  • Experience in strength and conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, or MMA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate clients.
  • Positive, high-energy personality and passion for fitness.
