Role Description This is a remote role for a Streamer / Tournament Organizer / Community Manager (SEA). In this role, you will stream regularly on supported platforms, engage live audiences, and showcase UpArena tournaments and events with a focus on major titles Valorant, CS2… You will plan, set up, and manage online tournaments, including registrations, brackets, rules, and results, ensuring fair play and a positive player experience. You will build and moderate community channels, respond to inquiries, gather feedback, and promote upcoming events and features to grow the global player base. You will collaborate with the broader UpArena team to align content, marketing campaigns, and community initiatives with platform goals, while tracking engagement metrics and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for live streaming and community interaction.
- Experience in video production and video editing, with the ability to create engaging highlight clips, recaps, and promotional content.
- Familiarity with Twitch and other streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Kick), including channel management and basic analytics.
- Marketing skills related to audience growth, social media promotion, and campaign execution for gaming or creator communities.
- Proven experience managing gaming communities, tournaments, or esports events, especially with games like Valorant, CS2…
- Based ideally within the SEA region.
- Comfort with moderating chats, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts in a fair, inclusive manner.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable hardware for streaming, and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with SEA audiences.
- Passion for gaming, esports, and creator economies; prior streaming or content creation experience is a strong plus.
