What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and front-of-house teams with energy and attention to detail
- Hire, train, and develop an upbeat, hardworking hospitality staff
- Build a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for both guests and team members
- Execute local marketing promotions and initiatives to grow sales
- Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with regional and upper management on business goals and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of management experience in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry
- A proven leader with a guest-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Hands-on operator who leads by example and stays cool under pressure
- Ability to manage high-volume service and maintain top-tier standards
- Must be available to work 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and team-building
