Job Title: Physical Therapist (Staff PT)
Location: Aurora, CO
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our Aurora, CO location. This position is ideal for a PT who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
About the Role
As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will focus on providing individualized, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team of therapists and support staff, contributing to a positive clinic culture while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Team Structure
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of approximately 6 clinicians and support staff, working together to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Schedule
Preferred schedule options include: Five 8-hour shifts or Four 9-hour shifts.
Caseload
Full caseload averaging approximately 12 patients per day. Diverse and rewarding patient population, including personal injury cases, Medicaid, Medicare, and more.
Treatment Areas Include
Sports medicine physiotherapy, post-surgical physiotherapy, spinal injury physiotherapy, arthritis, back pain, injuries from car accidents, neck pain, osteoporosis, overuse injuries, rehabilitation after surgery, shoulder pain, sprains, strains, and fractures, vestibular vertigo.
Compensation
Starting salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + bonus. Bonus structure based on individual performance.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy license in Colorado. Dry Needling Certification, or willingness to obtain. Credentialed Clinical Instructor, or willingness to obtain.
Interview Process
First round: Virtual interview with ownership team. Second round: On-site interview with Clinic Directors.
