*Job Overview*
Seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Soccer Trainer to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with athletes teaching soccer skills in the globally proven Coerver Soccer Skills Teaching Method. Ability to provide a positive example, demonstrate skills and techniques while offering impeccable customer service is a must. Specific need for Summer Camp Staff.
*Responsibilities*
– Provide coaching and instruction in soccer
– Administer proven soccer training programs to enhance students’ skills and understanding of the game
– Supervise and ensure the safety of students during activities
– Teach proper techniques and strategies in a growth mindset environment
– Must be punctual and dependable
– Manage student behavior effectively
– Organize and lead team practices and games
– Collaborate with other coaches to plan and coordinate events
*Qualifications*
– Experience in coaching soccer or teaching and related activities is a plus
– Passion for soccer and providing a positive influence on young athletes
– Ability to demonstrate techniques
– Must be able to pass a background screening
– Ability to work with children of different ages and skill levels
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in behavior management techniques
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $40.00 per hour
