2. About the Opportunity:

The Sr Staff Data Analyst – Lifetime Value is responsible for owning and advancing the customer lifetime value (LTV) framework, a key metric for capital deployment, acquisition efficiency, and profitability forecasting. This role bridges advanced analytics and strategic planning, partnering with Data Science to develop models and translating their outputs into clear, actionable insights used across Marketing, Finance, Product, and executive leadership. The position ensures the LTV model is methodologically robust, scalable, and integrated into core business decisions, significantly influencing acquisition strategy and long-term value creation.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Data Science to develop and improve predictive LTV models, including feature design, cohort logic, retention, revenue forecasting, and profitability estimation

• Serve as the cross-functional authority on customer value, aligning departments on LTV interpretation and application

• Lead acquisition performance measurement focused on long-term value metrics such as LTV/CAC and payback periods

• Translate complex model outputs into strategic business insights for executives and senior stakeholders

• Standardize LTV reporting with consistent definitions and transparent assumptions across Analytics, Finance, and Marketing

• Integrate LTV into strategic planning and capital allocation with Marketing and Finance partners

• Develop scalable executive reporting tools, including dashboards that communicate cohort trends, forecasts, risks, and opportunities

• Enhance data infrastructure supporting LTV in collaboration with Data Engineering, improving data pipelines, documentation, and quality controls

4. Requirements:

• 11+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or strategic analytics with experience owning or contributing to predictive models

• Experience working with Data Science teams to productionize and monitor predictive models, preferably including Lifetime Value models

• Proven ability to build executive-level reports and translate complex analytics into clear business insights

• Proficient in statistical modeling techniques such as survival analysis, regression, time-series forecasting, and multivariate testing, with hands-on experience in Python, R, or similar

• Advanced SQL skills for building scalable datasets and supporting model inputs

• Solid understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, payback periods, contribution margin, and ROI

• Experience integrating model outputs into financial planning, forecasting, or capital allocation

• Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI with a focus on executive communication

• Ability to influence senior leadership and promote analytics-driven decision-making

• Experience in sports betting or iGaming is preferred

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Willingness to travel as needed for key meetings

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $172,800—$216,000 USD

• Compensation varies by geographic location and other factors related to the role
