Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sports Specialist at Abinexis. The Sports Specialist will focus on football-related initiatives, including providing expert input on product selection, training content, and sports-focused campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering sports coaching sessions or digital training programs, creating educational materials for customers and partners, and offering guidance on sports gear and apparel. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support sports-related promotions, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and helping build a strong sports and active-lifestyle brand presence. The Sports Specialist will also track performance metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance sports offerings and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong sports coaching foundation, with skills in Sports Coaching and Coaching applied to football or similar team sports.
- Football-specific knowledge, including practical experience in Football training, tactics, and player development.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Sales abilities to support sports product promotion, recommend suitable offerings, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience in sports retail, e-commerce, or sports academies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (video conferencing, collaboration platforms, and online content tools).
- Relevant certifications in coaching, sports science, or physical education are a plus.
