Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international marketing and business development strategies.
- Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, and international customers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing global clients.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and merchandising teams to enhance brand positioning.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives for international markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a well-known footwear or sportswear organization, preferably in an international marketing or export sales role.
- Proven track record of developing international markets and managing global customers.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
