We are Hiring: Sports Physiotherapist for Professional Basketball Tour in China! 🏀🇨🇳
Are you a sports physiotherapist passionate about basketball and looking for a high-level international experience?
At GB Sports, we are organizing an international professional basketball tour lasting between 20 and 30 days (exact dates to be confirmed, estimated between mid-September and mid-October 2026). We are bringing a professional team to compete in a high-stakes series of games against a top-tier CBA (Chinese Basketball Association) team.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist to join our expedition group and manage the team's medical and physical readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation for players throughout the entire tour.
– Offer court-side medical assistance during daily practices and official games.
– Manage post-game recovery strategies and monitoring player workloads.
– Equipment & Supplies Management: The selected physiotherapist will be responsible for sourcing, preparing, and bringing all necessary medical/physio equipment and supplies needed to cover the team's needs during the trip.
Requirements:
– Degree in Physiotherapy with a proven track record or specialization in Sports Physiotherapy (previous experience in basketball is highly valued).
– Full availability to travel and live with the team for the 3-4 week duration of the tour during the specified dates.
Strong adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a professional sports tour (travel schedules, back-to-back games, etc.).
– Based in Spain (departure will be from Madrid).
