Sports Physical Therapist (1-on-1 Cash Practice) Jobs in Edmond at The Movement Lab

Job Overview

Sports Physical Therapist | The Movement LabThis isn’t your typical PT job. And we’re not looking for a typical PT.

At The Movement Lab, we believe athletes deserve more than a handout, a few exercises, and a follow-up in two weeks.

We exist to help athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. Every patient receives one-on-one care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is obsessed with finding the root cause—not just treating symptoms.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a clinician with moxie, grit, and a relentless desire to become exceptional.

This is a career for someone who wants to make a real impact.

It’s rewarding.

It’s challenging.

And it’s not for the faint of heart.

If you’re looking to clock in, treat four patients an hour, and coast through your day…this probably isn’t the place for you.

But if you’re energized by solving difficult cases, building meaningful relationships, constantly improving your craft, and helping athletes accomplish things they never thought possible, keep reading.

What We Believe

We work hard.

We care deeply.

We chase excellence.

But we also believe that your career shouldn’t come at the expense of your family.

Burnout isn’t a badge of honor here.

We intentionally build schedules that allow our team to provide incredible care while still having energy for the people who matter most.

When you’re home, we want you to actually be home.

We believe great clinicians are also great spouses, parents, friends, coaches, and members of their communities.
