Unlimited Potential Rehab is a growing concierge mobile physical therapy practice that delivers high-quality, one-on-one care directly to patients in their homes, offices, gyms, and communities.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic and sports medicine background who wants to practice without the constraints of traditional outpatient clinics. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized care, build meaningful patient relationships, and enjoy greater flexibility and autonomy.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients in their homes and community settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving meaningful outcomes
- Provide hands-on treatment, movement analysis, corrective exercise, and performance-based rehabilitation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, wellness, and long-term health
- Document visits using our streamlined EMR system
- Communicate professionally with physicians, referral partners, and patients
- Build strong relationships within the local community and referral network
Ideal CandidateRequired Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Minimum 1 year of orthopedic or sports medicine experience
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Sports residency or fellowship training
- OCS, SCS, CSCS, Cert. MDT, or similar advanced certifications
- Experience treating active adults, athletes, and weekend warriors
- Interest in concierge healthcare and private-pay practice models
