WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will meet directly with homeowners and guide them through important upgrade decisions. This is a professional sales role where you will:
- Speak with 2 to 4 homeowners daily about their needs
- Educate customers on product options and efficiency benefits
- Recommend solutions that match their home and budget
- Train weekly with experienced mentors to sharpen your skills
Each interaction builds confidence, discipline, and income potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 with training support, performance based bonuses and uncapped commission
Consistent Performers: $100,000 to $150,000 annually
Top Producers: $150,000 to $300,000+ annually
Elite Earners: $300,000 to $500,000+ annually
Leadership: $52,000 base plus percentage of office production and long term growth opportunities
