If you've reached the pinnacle of athletic competition (Olympic athlete, World Champion, NCAA D1 First Team All-American), you understand the discipline required to achieve excellence. The question is: can you convert those lessons into concrete coaching methods that develop students into top performers?

At Texas Sports Academy, your new field is building champions—not from the sidelines, but through direct coaching and daily challenges that push students beyond their perceived boundaries. You won't simply recount your achievements. You'll convert elite-level athletic discipline into practical motivation frameworks, deliver resilience training through interactive workshops, and lead intense practice sessions where championship standards apply to everyone.

Austin provides year-round outdoor training conditions, a dynamic sports community, and a purpose-driven environment where your elite background serves as the cornerstone for developing tomorrow's leaders.

Lead with intention. Drive change through engagement. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting proactive one-on-one coaching sessions that convert your competitive experience into targeted, actionable strategies
  • Facilitating high-impact morning assemblies that activate and inspire the full student population
  • Leading interactive workshops focused on life skills, where you directly coach students through exercises in resilience, leadership, and goal achievement
  • Directing structured afternoon athletic training that embodies championship principles: creating drills, demanding maximum effort, refining technique, and instilling grit and collaboration through athletic activity (not merely overseeing recreation)
  • Actively engaging every student across the day: moving through the space during self-directed learning periods, stepping in to energize students facing obstacles, and generating real-time learning opportunities that produce transformative results

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Observing from the periphery as a symbolic figure: this is an active coaching position. You're directly involved, leading sessions, and making real-time interventions.
  • Delivering conventional classroom instruction or adhering to academic lesson plans: students progress through adaptive technology. Your focus is life coaching, motivation, and developing meta-skills through athletics and mentorship.

  • Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
