Sports Medicine/Physical Therapist Aide Instructor Jobs in Uniontown at Fayette County Career & Technical Institute
Provide instruction to high school students in Physical Therapy Aide and Sports Medicine. Instructor will prepare lessons, labs, and assessments based on established standards. Communication with parents and collaboration with school staff required.
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant and work experience in the field required. Criminal clearances required. Willingness to obtain teaching certification.
Responsibilities
- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
