Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks) with possible extension
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join a busy orthopedic surgery clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in an orthopedic setting, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and prepare them for orthopedic examinations.
- Record vital signs and update patient medical information.
- Review medications and administer injections after competency sign-off.
- Fit and educate patients on braces and durable medical equipment (DME).
- Provide clinical support to the orthopedic surgeon and document care accurately in the Epic EMR.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Athletic Trainer experience required.
- Current Board of Certification (BOC) credential.
- Active North Carolina Athletic Trainer license (NCBATE) required.
- Experience with orthopedic patient care, bracing, DME fitting, and injections.
Pay: $1,300.00 – $1,400.00 per week
