Are you passionate about sport — especially the world of mountaineering? Ready to support a strategic European rollout of cutting‑edge product ranges? This role sits at the heart of a high‑performing sports marketing function to help coordinate with athletes and sport's bodies to ensure they get the relevant products and equipment for seasonal campaigns.
We’re looking for a Sports Marketing Coordinator who will partner closely with a senior leader based in Germany. You’ll support the delivery of a full product roadmap, ensuring the right products reach the right people On Time, In Full, and with the level of precision needed for athlete partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting end‑to‑end delivery of product workstreams
- Managing product packages, live documents and toolkits
- Coordinating product shipments to sponsored athletes across Europe
- Assisting in the rollout of strategic marketing campaigns
- Maintaining clarity across multiple workstreams and timelines
- Collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑paced environment
What you’ll bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in athlete marketing, sports marketing, product logistics, or similar
- Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
- A genuine interest in sport — bonus points for mountaineering or mountain biking enthusiasm
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently and own delivery from start to finish
- Based in an EU time zone
