We are seeking highly motivated Sports Facility Supervisor(s) to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site and provide a first-class customer experience.
About the Opportunity
Location: Kettering Sports Park, Thurston Drive, Kettering, NN15 6GL
Hours: Flexible – evening & weekend shifts available
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £14.86 per hour
Deadline: 9am on Wednesday 8th July 2026
The Sports Facility Supervisors will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the site whilst on shift. This includes tasks such as opening and locking up, dealing with any customers queries, delivering and administering core KSP events and taking payments. The successful candidates will uphold high standards of health and safety, maintenance, and customer service.
We’re looking for professional staff with good operational and interpersonal skills, preferably with some prior experience of overseeing a community sport or leisure facility. A dynamic and progressive mindset is essential.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting grassroots sport in Northamptonshire, while contributing to our bold 2024-28 strategy – Create the Feeling.
