Program Director – Sports
Street Play is seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Program Director – Sports to lead our Holiday Sports & Wellbeing Programs.
This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in active environments, enjoys mentoring children and staff, and is passionate about creating safe, engaging, and meaningful experiences for young people.
The successful applicant will oversee daily program operations, staff coordination, sports delivery, student wellbeing, behaviour support, and overall program leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily holiday program operations
Supervise staff and students
Deliver engaging sports and wellbeing activities
Support positive student behaviour and wellbeing
Ensure safe and professional program delivery
Liaise with families and school staff where required
Maintain high standards of supervision and child safety
Essential Requirements
✅ Working With Children Check
✅ Relevant First Aid + CPR Qualifications
✅ Child safety understanding and supervision experience
✅ Leadership and organisational skills
✅ Experience working with children and young people
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Registered Teacher
Sports coaching experience
School or OSHC experience
