II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match Data Operations
  • Live Monitoring: Monitor match schedules, live scores, and match statuses in real-time on the Uniscore system.
  • Data Quality Control (QC): Verify and cross-check core match data, including kickoff time, home/away teams, scores, match status, periods, and live match events.
  • Incident Detection: Identify data anomalies such as incorrect timing, mismatched teams, missing/duplicated matches, scoring errors, or missing match incidents.
  • Technical Reporting: Record and report data inconsistencies to the Technical team or Data Providers for immediate resolution.
  • System Administration & CMS Management
  • Data Management: Utilize the Uniscore Admin/CMS to proactively update, edit, and manage data integrity when discrepancies occur.
  • Content Moderation: Approve, hide/show, or adjust information related to leagues, teams, and matches in compliance with internal regulations.
  • System Configuration: Manage basic system configurations to ensure a seamless real-time data flow.
  • Tool Optimization: Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to report Admin bugs and propose enhancements for internal management tools.
  • Entity Data Validation (Teams, Leagues & Players)
  • Profile Standardization: Audit team information, including logos, naming conventions, league affiliations, and season details.
  • Player Database Management: Verify player profiles (names, nationality, positions, jersey numbers, and current squads).
  • Mapping Support: Identify and resolve mapping errors between different data providers/sources.
  • Data Enrichment: Update and refine data entities to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • High-Priority Match Monitoring
  • Priority Coverage: Focus on monitoring high-profile matches, major leagues, and trending teams.
  • End-to-End Tracking: Supervise data throughout the Pre-match, In-play, and Post-match phases.
  • User Experience Assurance: Ensure priority matches have zero display errors and accurate push notifications.
  • User Feedback & Support
  • Feedback Aggregation: Monitor and compile user feedback and bug reports from multiple channels (In-app, App Store/Google Play reviews, and social media).
  • User Interaction: Provide professional and friendly support to resolve user inquiries regarding data accuracy or app usage.
  • Issue Prioritization: Categorize feedback and coordinate with Product and Technical teams to prioritize fixes that impact user experience.
  •  Incident Management & Product Improvement
  • Issue Tracking: Create clear tasks/tickets (including match details, error types, timestamps, and screenshots) for the technical team via project management tools.
  • Post-Fix Verification: Re-verify data after technical fixes to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
  • Process Improvement: Propose innovative ways to optimize data operation workflows and internal dashboards.
  • UAT Support: Assist in testing features related to livescore, match details, notifications, standings, and player profiles.

  • IV. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Must-have (Bắt buộc)
  • Passion for Football: A strong interest in or fundamental knowledge of football/soccer.
  • Meticulous & Reliable: High attention to detail, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility toward data integrity.
  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and late nights, to cover peak match hours.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in using computers, Google Sheets, Excel, or basic task management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Basic English Proficiency: Ability to read and understand team names, league titles, and player names in English.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking with the ability to cross-check, compare, and detect data anomalies quickly.
  • Effective Communication: Clear communication skills, providing detailed bug reports and proactively following up until issues are fully resolved.
  • Preferred (Ưu tiên)
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in Data Entry, CMS Administration, App/Web Operations, Sports Content, QA, or Customer Support.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experienced in using sports platforms such as Sofascore, Flashscore, FotMob, or 365Scores.
  • Sports Terminology: Solid understanding of football terms (e.g., Lineup, Substitution, Injury Time, VAR, Postponed, Cancelled).
  • Multi-sport Knowledge: Familiarity with other sports is a significant plus.
  • Availability: High priority for candidates who can consistently work night shifts and weekends.
