Role Overview
In this role you will be supporting the delivery of our Sports courses both wet (pool) and dry. We pride ourselves in our quality lessons and courses and the Sports Course Helper role is a fundamental part of delivering the best to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Help the teacher with registration of participants.
- Assist with equipment setup and classroom/ pool safety.
- Support teaching practices and follow lesson and course criteria.
- Maintain robust safeguarding policies and procedures, working in a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications
- Energetic person willing to help people achieve their best.
- Preferred experience in practising sports to share with participants.
