Job Description: Sports Coordinator
Reports to: General Manager
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Work Schedule: 35-40 hours Tuesday through Saturday, consisting of 4 weeknight evening shifts (2pm-10pm), and one Saturday/Sunday weekend shifts (Shifts may be adjusted for occasional special events)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
1) Sports league & tournament development and implementation, including, but not limited to:
(1) Soccer, (2) Lacrosse, (3) Flag Football, (4) Softball, (5) Baseball, (6) Dodgeball, (7) Kickball, (8) Rugby, (9) Field Hockey, (10) Cricket
- Team development & formation
- Referee recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and assessment
- Team and player payment follow-through
- Waiver, concussion, risk-management compliance
2) Instructional sports program development and implementation, including, but not limited to: Soccer & T-ball
3) Product Sales, including, but not limited to:
(1) Birthday Parties, (2) Field Trips, (3) Sport and Non-Sport Camps & Clinics, (4) Corporate Team Building, (5) Axe Throwing, (6) Field & Meeting Room Rentals
- Instructor Training
- Coordination of product logistics with General Manager
4) Alternative sport and non-sport revenue generation and implementation, including, but not limited to:
(1) CPR/First Aid Courses, (2) Fitness programming, (3) Cornhole, (4) Wiffleball, (5) Nerf Wars, (6) Billiards, & (7) Darts
5) Game day setup and supervision
6) Customer Service Duties
7) Assist with occasional special event operations
The key duty of this position is to maximize facility occupancy, revenues, and profits by diligently and systematically building team count and player participation.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
