Sports Content Creator
City: Belgrade
Role Summary:
A Sports Content Creator is responsible for shaping and delivering engaging, data-informed sports content across digital platforms. The role focuses on aligning content with audience interests and business goals, ensuring consistency in tone and quality while leveraging insights to drive performance. It also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance content visibility, user engagement, and overall platform experience.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages content related to sports events, including previews, reports, analyses and blog posts.
- Works in line with the strategy to increase user engagement through engaging and up-to-date sports content.
- Monitors sports trends, leagues, tournaments and players to tailor content to the interests of the target audience.
- Manages and updates sports sections on the website and mobile applications.
- Maintains a consistent tone and style across all content formats, with a focus on relevance and audience appeal.
- Uses user engagement data to optimize the content strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Social Media, SEO and Analytics teams to develop, promote and optimize sports content, campaigns and user engagement strategies.
- Close coordination with IT and Analytics teams to ensure effective content implementation, platform performance and data-driven improvements in content distribution and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education lasting 3 or 4 years in Economics, Law, Administration, or a related field.
- General knowledge of sports is required.
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous work experience in the same or a similar position is considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is considered an advantage.
