Role & Responsibilities
- Grow and moderate our online sports community—driving daily engagement via posts, polls, live Q&As, and user-generated content.
- Plan and execute community campaigns (challenges, tournaments, AMAs) that boost retention and amplify member participation.
- Identify and onboard key influencers, athletes, and coaches to enrich community value and credibility.
- Monitor sentiment, resolve conflicts, and escalate key issues to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-trust environment.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to align community initiatives with platform goals and user insights.
- Track KPIs like DAU, engagement rate, UGC volume, and churn, and report insights to improve community health.
