Role Description:-
As we continue to build a world-class sports programme, Unison World School invites applications from dedicated and experienced sports professionals for full-time Sports Coaches positions in the following specialisations:
⚽ Football | 🏑 Hockey | 🏀 Basketball | 🎯 Shooting | 🎾 Squash | 🏸 Badminton | 🎾 Lawn Tennis
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and conduct structured training sessions aligned with age-appropriate skill development.
- Identify and nurture sporting talent for inter-school, district, state, and national level competitions.
- Design and implement seasonal training programmes, fitness regimes, and match strategies.
- Monitor student athlete performance and maintain progress records.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and sportsmanship on and off the field.
- Coordinate sports events, tournaments, and inter-house competitions within the school.
- Actively engage in residential school life and contribute to the overall physical development of students.
- Collaborate with the academic team to balance students' sporting and scholastic commitments.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed Degree or a Certificate Course in the relevant sport from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years of full-time coaching or professional experience in the relevant sport.
- Experience in a Residential School will be given preference.
- Representation at the district, state, or national level will be an added advantage.
