Do you want to run your own football coaching programme, build a respected local brand, and earn a proper income doing work that actually matters?
This is a full time (self-employed) Coaching opportunity with on-target annual earnings of £37,000 to £60,000, with onboarding training, business management system, website access and a proven system provided to help you achieve OTA results.
We have spent the past decade hiring coaches to deliver coaching sessions, (and paying £15 per hr) but for long term standards and customer happiness, we have decided to only bring in people who will think and act like owners. Ownership changes how you show up, how you serve families, and how strong your reputation becomes therefore we want to make our team owners.
You will launch and run your own Sportivos TiFO coaching business in your local area, with support, training, website, sales funnels, award winning software, and ready made programmes that ensure success.
What this is not
This is not a min wage coaching role, not guaranteed hours, and not a “turn up and get paid whilst looking at your phone” coaching role, If that is what your looking for this is not for you.

Earnings
Self-employed, with no cap on income.
Year one on-target earnings: £37,000 to £60,000, based on effort, consistency, and local demand.

Requirements
Enhanced DBS or PVG, first aid, full driving licence and car and suitable coaching and safeguarding, or willingness to obtain before launch. A start up investment is required.
