**What You’ll Do:**

• Teach technical and tactical skills, team tactics, and the rules of the game
• Emphasize character development and lead with YMCA core values
• Ensure participant safety through proper supervision and adherence to safety guidelines
• Maintain and organize equipment while contributing to a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and fellow staff

**What You’ll Bring:**

• **Age:** 18+
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A general understanding of sports structure, rules, and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with participants and parents
• Enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to YMCA values

**Certifications Required:**

• New Hire Orientation before your first shift
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days of hire
