Join our vibrant sports bar team as a Sports Bar Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create an exciting atmosphere for guests to enjoy their favorite games and social moments. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, take food and beverage orders with precision, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your passion for hospitality combined with your knowledge of food and drink will help foster a lively, welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back for more. We are looking for day shift (10am-4pm) and evening shift (4-11pm).
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in sports bars or nightlife venues
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and foster guest relations in a lively setting
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Background in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential

Pay: $21.31 – $25.66 per hour
