About the Role
Philly Express Athletics is looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join our production team customizing sports jerseys for teams and organizations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands, wants to learn a skill, and is looking for a stable, full-time position with growth potential.
No prior experience is required—we provide training.
What You’ll Do
- Apply names, numbers, and logos to jerseys using heat press equipment
- Work with custom sports apparel used by teams and organizations
- Ensure accuracy and quality on every order
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the production team as needed
Schedule (Consistent Hours)
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- No nights. No weekends.

Requirements
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
