Position: Sports and Fitness Leadership Role CFMWS
Lead fitness and sports initiatives with CFMWS and support the wellness of Canadian Armed Forces members through engaging fitness programs. Drive high engagement in sports and health-focused activities.
In this energized role with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will implement fitness and sports programs that meet the unique needs of military personnel. Experience in fitness training, aquatics, and maintenance of sporting equipment is essential.
Your role contributes directly to the community’s overall health and fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective fitness training protocols
• Conduct evaluations of physical fitness and readiness
• Supervise the maintenance and safety of fitness equipment
• Officiate at sports events and activities
• Collaborate on community outreach programs
Requirements:
• Diploma in Physical Education or a related discipline
• Current CPR and Standard First Aid certifications
• Relevant experience with aquatics and sports coaching
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
• Bilingual in English and French essential
