Job Description
HIT Athletic is seeking reliable part-time batting cage attendants to support daily operations at our indoor sports training facility. This role is ideal for college students, high school seniors, or individuals with a background or interest in baseball/softball.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor batting cages
- Assist players with equipment setup
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Greet customers and provide basic information
- Support coaches during training sessions as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working with kids and families
- Baseball or softball experience preferred (playing or coaching)
- Ability to work afternoons/evenings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
