As a Sport Leader, you will take the first step in your retail career at Decathlon Korea. You will be the face of our brand, providing the ultimate experience for every sports enthusiast who walks through our doors, while driving the growth and performance of your dedicated sports section.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Sales: Greet, assist, and inspire customers by sharing your sports passion and product expertise to drive sales.
- Merchandising & Inventory Management: Take ownership of your dedicated sports section, managing stock levels, commercial layout, and visual merchandising.
- Sport Event Operations: Plan, organize, and execute local sports events and community activities to increase brand engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience/Education/Age/Gender: Open to all (No restrictions).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the sports industry or retail retail operations.
- Proficiency in English (Good communication skills).
- Living near the preferred store location.
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Contract Type: Full-time / Contract (New hires start on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Upon successful performance review and project evaluation, transition to a permanent position is finalized).
- Work Schedule: Shift-based roster (including weekends and public holidays), 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week (5 days a week).
- Salary: Based on company internal regulations.
