Baseball venue:
Anderson Twp., Riverside Park, 3969 Round Bottom Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244.
Summer Leagues:
Saturday 6/27/26 – 8/15/2026, must be able to work Saturdays, approx hours 7:30 am – 4:45 pm. Final schedule TBD.
Fall Leagues:
Sunday 8/30/26 – 10/18/2026, must be able to work Sundays, approx hours 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Final schedule TBD.
Job Summary
The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects of the experience are delivered. Observe, assess, and assist coaches. Hands-on involvement in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
- Supervise the overall operation of selected sport on game day.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
- Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
- Ability to work for the full duration of the season.
