Role Description
The Sport Club & Recreation Manager is an on-site full-time position at our Cebu location. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sports club and recreation facilities, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, designing and executing engaging recreation programs, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure an integrated approach to guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, with proven experience managing staff and team performance.
- Expertise in recreation and therapeutic recreation, with a focus on crafting engaging programs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Experience and proficiency in budgeting and financial management to oversee operational budgets effectively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in hospitality or recreation management is highly desirable.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in hospitality, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
