The Role
We are looking for a driven and professional Sponsorship Executive to join our team. Your primary objective is to drive commercial growth for our premier global accounts by identifying and securing high-value brand sponsorships. You will be responsible for managing the partnership pipeline, from initial brand discovery and outreach to proposal development and deal finalization.
The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate the corporate landscape with ease and present complex creative opportunities as high-ROI solutions for brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Prospecting: Actively research and identify brands across key sectors (Fintech, Lifestyle, Telecoms, FMCG, etc.) that align with our global clients' profiles.
- Strategic Outreach: Manage professional communication with decision-makers, including CMOs and Brand Managers, to initiate sponsorship discussions.
- Sponsorship Integration: Collaborate with our creative & strategy team to develop premium, tailored pitch decks that showcase the value of our clients' assets.
- Pipeline Management: Lead the end-to-end process of tracking prospects, managing follow-ups, and setting up high-level negotiations.
- Deal Conversion: Work toward securing sponsorship commitments, ensuring brand requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Commercial Mindset: A clear understanding of the sponsorship landscape and what drives brand investment in the current market.
Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to maintain a sophisticated and professional tone in all correspondence.
Experience: Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Agency Partnerships.
Resilience & Persistence: A proactive approach to reaching out to new brands and the ability to maintain momentum throughout long-lead sales cycles.
