Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and dedicated Spa Assistant Cleaner to join our exceptional spa team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is an award-winning retreat where wellbeing, luxury, and cleanliness go hand in hand – and our spa cleaners are essential in upholding our stellar reputation.
From ensuring our spa areas are spotless to welcoming guests at reception, this is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. If you’re passionate about helping others, feel relaxed in a calm and pristine space, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Duties
- Cleaning the spa area, including swimming pools, heat rooms, changing rooms, and toilets to the highest standards.
- Welcoming guests into the spa and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
- Keeping towel supplies fully stocked and readily available for guest use.
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and serene environment throughout the spa.
- Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team to deliver five-star guest experiences.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
- A strong team player who works well with others and takes pride in their work.
- Awareness of guest safety – basic lifeguard training will be provided as part of your role.
Hours of Work
18 hours per week on a 2 week rota:
- WEEK1:
Monday 3-9pm;
Thursday – 7-3pm - WEEK2:
Tuesday – 7-3pm;
Sunday – 9-5.30pm
