该职位来源于猎聘 How You Contribute: Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for business solution systems (Middle Business Platform, OMS, B2B system, Allocation system, SCM, SAP, TMS, Finance systems, etc), including functional & technical design, data flow, integration architecture, and technology selection, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and performance optimization for systems, proactively identifying and resolving architectural bottlenecks and technical challenges, guiding development teams in adhering to architectural principles.
- Define non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, and maintain ability for business solution systems and ensure their implementation through design reviews and technical validation.
- Ensure architectural governance with internal principles and frameworks through a design authority process. Contribute significantly to ITGC, data & cybersecurity compliance.
- Solution implementation quality management: design development & coding guideline, monitor development quality, key coding review.

- Cross-team collaboration with business & IT stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide professional architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively coordinate resources, collaborate efficiently across domains, and continuously explore, validate, and implement new opportunities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
- Act as the gatekeeper in the architecture review process for projects. Role Qualifications: Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (MBA or other business degrees is preferred)
- 8+ years of architect and development experience (Sports industry, Retail/FMCG experience are preferred), with at least 5 years in solution architect and domain-specific architect role.
- Technical experience in business solution systems, such as Middle Business Platform, OMS, B2B system, Allocation system, SCM, SAP, TMS, Finance, etc)
- Familiarity with core business processes of Retail/FMCG, Finance SAP, Ecom, and Supply Chain is essential.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end architecture design and implementation for enterprise-level mid-end or back-end systems, with deep understanding of system integration, data modeling, and technical architecture patterns. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in modern Composable Architecture patterns: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Containerization, Event-Driven, and Cloud platforms (AliCloud/AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in mainstream technology stacks and components (eg., Java, Python, SpringCloud, K8s, Redis, Kafka, DevOps).
- Holding Certifications with TOGAF, Zachman, AliCloud, AWS or similar is strongly preferred.
- SAP ABAP, BTP, CPI skills will be plus.
- Understanding and thinking of AI concept, and experience in the using of AI to design or development is preferred. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in both English and Chinese.
