Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer (AI & Platform Systems) based in Richmond, VIC. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for sports analytics. Responsibilities include back-end web development, implementing AI-driven algorithms, optimizing system performance, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and contribute to system architecture is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including designing and maintaining servers and databases
  • Expertise in Programming with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience with modern development tools and frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI in sports analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
