Softball Coach / Instructor – Ignite Baseball
Ignite Baseball is seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable softball coaches to join our growing training staff in Northern Virginia.
This role includes working with athletes of various ages and skill levels through private lessons, small group training, camps, clinics, and team development sessions. Coaches will help athletes improve hitting, fielding, throwing, movement, and overall softball performance in a structured and positive training environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead softball training sessions for athletes of varying ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental mechanics, movement patterns, and game strategies
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching
- Help create a positive, energetic, and organized training environment
- Maintain athlete safety and professionalism during all sessions
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
- Softball playing and/or coaching experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with youth athletes preferred
- Passion for athlete development and long-term improvement
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn

Pay: Based on experience
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
