About The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of Baller League US’s social channels. Working closely with the Global Social Director, you’ll turn our strategy into culturally relevant and entertaining content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook.
You’ll create, publish and manage content, film and edit social-first formats, cover matchdays in real time and engage with our community. You should understand how social-native audiences consume football and entertainment, react quickly to live moments and know how to turn sport, culture and personality into content people want to watch and share.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience working in social media, ideally within sport or entertainment.
- A genuine interest in football, entertainment, digital culture and the future of sports content.
- A strong understanding of how social-native audiences communicate and consume content.
- Proven experience publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube.
- The ability to write platform-native copy that feels natural, culturally aware and authentic.
- Strong creative instincts for hooks, captions, edits and formats that capture attention.
- Experience filming social-first content on a phone in fast-moving, live environments.
- A good standard of short-form video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop or similar templated design tools.
- Confidence to publish content quickly while maintaining accuracy and protecting the brand.
- Experience working with high-profile players, talent or creators is preferred.
